I am a single 31 year old male. I work, run a small business, and am taking online courses week nights and weekends. it’s a large space In a great location. I take care of all the house work. Due to the current state of the pandemic, I don’t have guests over but do visit a few close friends and family and try my best to be responsible (masks/distancing). google fiber included. My Ideal roomate is someone looking for a bedroom+home office situation. clean and considerate. The space is large enough and set up in a way that we could go weeks without seeing one another. That being said, I get along with most everyone and strive to make this house a happy place to live.
