Female only room for rent. The room is partially furnished in a new construction house in Vacaville located 15 mins away from Travis AFB. Room is partially furnished with a full-size bed and a side table (sheets not included). The bathroom is shared with another roomie but you will have your own sink. Bathroom cleaning turns will be agreed and scheduled. Extra closet space in the hallway can be used if desired. Pantry cabinet spaces are provided. Fridge is in the garage and only exclusive for renters. Background check is required.
