Renting a bedroom with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and private exterior door entrance, in a spacious 6bed/5bath Solana Beach home in the San Elijo community, with a pool and backyard on the Lomas Santa Fe Executive golf course. We’re trying to keep it a quiet house; so I am only considering single roommates (no couples) and no overnight guests.
