Jo's room

This is a rental for two rooms and a private bath. One large furnished bedroom (12X15),, and a second bedroom (12X11) which has been converted to a kitchenette with pantry and dining table. Kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Other small appliances will include toaster oven and hot plate. There is no stove. Photo does not show sink which will be installed in the large cabinet. Tenant has a private entrance. Landlords live on premises with a separate entrance. Parking off street is included. Access to laundry facilities on property. All bills are included: heat (oil), electricity, high speed internet all included. The rooms are well lit and have wooden floors. Tenant has their own small front porch and front hall closet. The house is in a lovely, quiet, private neighborhood .75 miles from Campus and 1 mile from center of town.

I am 69, female, and a reading specialist teaching part time at Smith College Campus School (an elementary school on the campus of Smith) and I also have a private practice consulting and tutoring. I play acoustic guitar, like to dance, garden and sing in a local chorus. Living with me permanently is my partner, Bob. He is retired and works now part time at Lowes. Our bedroom and bathroom are located on one side of the first floor and is separated from the other spaces for rent in the house. I am hoping to find a grad student, visiting professor or professional but will consider renting to a mature undergraduate. Due to COVID-19, I want to rent to someone who is practicing social distancing and not participating in large parties or fraternities. I would prefer someone who is working remotely, or in with few people such as in a lab.
