My 4 friends and I (5 people total) are renting a 6 bedroom/3 bath house and are looking for someone to rent out the back studio/room. It is on the same property as the main house but is completely detached and has its own entrance/exit.

The room for rent is a guest studio that features its own bathroom, full size refrigerator, kitchenette, and a full-size closet. Washer and dryer are available for use as well, and are located in the garage. The washer and dryer will be shared with the other girls in the main house. There will also be complete access to the main house at all times for anything, including the kitchen. The house itself is located in Fullerton less than 5 minutes from CSUF and 10 minutes from Downtown Fullerton and Fullerton college. It is a corner house and has plenty of street parking. Utilities are not included. The lease for the room is for 1 year. No pets are allowed.

My name is Bella and I am 22 years old. I also just graduated from CSUF with a degree in sociology. I enjoy cooking, and traveling. Ynas is 22 years old and a senior at CSUF. She is a finance major and works at a Nordstrom. She loves cars, listening to music, and enjoys working out. Hayli is 21 and just transferred to CSUF from Fullerton college. She’s majoring in Biology doing pre med and enjoys sports and surfing. Samira is 21 and is also a senior at CSUF also majoring in biology. She’s an EMT at the moment, and loves to bake. Lastly, Annika is 21 and also just transferred to CSUF. She is a CHAD major and enjoys spending quality time with her friends when she is not working.
