Single bedroom and private bath available for rent in a gorgeous modern 2 bed 2 bath townhouse. The room comes with a reserved parking space (20 ft from front door), a private full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and full access to the rest of the house. Rent is $1100 a month with $400 security deposit. Room does not come furnished - photo with Queen-sized bed in it is for size approximation.

We will be splitting utilities (PG&E, Water, Internet) which is approximately $100 per month. The room is available now.

Several parks are within walking distance and there are lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. A Costco is currently being built down the road.

We are a pair of young professionals in our mid-20’s with a cat and small dog who are sharing the master bedroom. We enjoy cooking, being outdoors and don’t smoke or drink excessively. She enjoys gardening, baking, and drinking (and occasionally brewing) craft beer. He enjoys playing video games, stand-up comedy, and carpentry. The cat and dog spend most of the day asleep and are both very quiet and friendly. Both of us are currently working from home full time due to COVID-19. We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Preferably, we are looking for a housemate who will keep the common areas clean, does not smoke, and is considerate. We don’t have any strict chore schedules or anything like that, but like to act with personal responsibility and mutual respect. Occasional overnight guests are fine with us (after COVID has passed) and full use of the kitchen / common space / backyard is included. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any more pets.
