You will be renting a room in a spacious home in La Crescenta in the Briggs Terrace area, located on a long private drive, very quiet cul de sac

Room is unfurnished approximately 180 Sq Ft. with an attached private bathroom and shower. There is a large closet with mirrored doors.

Term is Month to Month Rent is $1050 per Month First and Last Month’s Rent and $1050 Security deposit required at move in. Single Occupant One-time fee of $35 (non-refundable) for credit - background check. Proof of employment / Income required along with written references. Current Covid 19 test required Must have credit of 650 or higher No criminal history No Pets - No Drugs - No Smoking.

• All utilities - Electricity, Water, and Gas all included.
• Your own private bathroom and shower.
• Use of Washer/ Dryer (you provide own laundry soap and fabric softener)
• Light Kitchen Use - we would prefer someone who does not cook daily. In other words, light cooking.
• Wireless Internet
• Direct TV
• One Parking space on site - Plenty of additional parking on the street.

About You: We will only define who we are looking for by words like considerate, conscientious, courteous, dependable, kind, reasonable, honest and clean. Must have respect for our home. Must clean up after yourself. Must keep the room and bathroom clean.

We would prefer someone who is currently working full time.

About Us: We are full time working professionals in our late 50s. We own the house. We spend most of our time in the kitchen and our TV room, this is our space to relax when we get home from work and on the weekends. Can understand that this is a family home and we do have our Grandkids around regularly.
