Neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by green space. It is close to Intel, Nike, and Pacific University. The bus stop is right at the entrance of neighborhood. It is about 15 min walk to the Orenco Max station.
You will be sharing the space with a female and male professionals . We are quiet, friendly and take a good care of the house. Rent is 675 per month, Plus 1/3 Utilities and WiFi. I will ask to pay for your first and last month in advance. $600 security deposit security deposit
