I have a condo, in a safe family friendly gated community. I am looking for an employed room mate. I have a Sauna, hot tub, ice bath and workout Equipment in the patio. All the utilities are included already in the 1200 so the total cost for you is the 1200. There is no deposit but the last months rent is required. I have a working washer and dryer. The condo is a two bedroom 1.5 bath unit (Two toilets 1 shower, I have plans on upgrading a second shower in the smaller bathroom after I get a 2 in 1 washer and dryer). Rent includes obviously the room and utilities, and access to the two community pools.

Would prefer a chill person in their 20-40s. If you smoke weed that’s fine, if you smoke cigarettes’ just do that in the patio. I do month to month agreements instead of year long leases. Putting someone in a year long contract feels restrictive to the renter if they later on find another location.

I am 29yrs old. I am a pretty quiet person and mostly keep to myself. I am slowly transitioning into a van life situation hence why the room is now empty. Other roommate is 43 and she works in a smokeshop. What we want is a roommate that cleans after themselves and doesn’t make a huge amount of noise. If you have a cat that’s fine we love those. I got a nice gaming system set up in the living room so if you’re into playing Xbox then cool. No felons, no drug addicts, no sexual offenders. I will have to do a background check. (No deposit or background check is needed to see my condo, just schedule with me so I know when yo meet you at the gate. Do not fall for that scam online where someone requires a deposit first) Lastly I didn’t think I’d have to type this part but I do. We are not looking and not interested in sexual favors for rent. Please do not solicit us options for that.
