7th floor 2br/2ba condo across from the United Center in the Near West area with easy street parking and on site gym. Unit has a balcony, lots of windows / natural light and washer and dryer. You would have a private room, use the guest bathroom and common areas.

Roommate is an easygoing 50 yo professional gay male who is new to Chicago. Being new to the area, I would prefer an outgoing person with an active social circle who would enjoy enjoy going out or cooking together, etc., on occasion … but certainly not required.

My only requirement is that you are neat, help keep the common areas clean and pick up after yourself!! I m a non-smoker and have a strong preference to live with a non-smoker, but smoking on the balcony is okay.
