About the room
The room for rent is located near the downtown area of Stockbridge (Henry County). This is a quiet community with a strict HOA. Iām close to stores, shops and restaurants.
You will have access to the kitchen and Laundry. All utilities are included with wifi and cable. There is a month to month Room Lease Agreement.
Proof of income and background check required. NO CREDIT CHECK!
You must be a clean individual who cleans up behind himself. Smokers - must smoke outside. You are the only person allowed to occupy the room in a live-in situation. No party animals. This is a drama and stress free safe zone for mature adults.
