West Belden Avenue

Hi! My roommate is moving this summer, but I love this apartment so I’m hoping to find a roommate to move into her room! The apartment was just remodeled and renovated a couple years ago so all the flooring, counters, appliances, etc. are all new and modern. It has a spacious living room with lots of windows; I’ve got two couches, a recliner chair, and a TV in there. The kitchen is a great size updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and also has a breakfast bar. The dining room is right across from that. There are two bedrooms; one in the front of the apartment and one in the back, which is great because I love my roommate but it’s always nice to feel like you have your own space if ya know what I mean! The bedrooms are a great size, both have windows and closets. There’s also a back patio with a table and chairs. OH and can’t forget the washer and dryer next to the kitchen, which is honestly my life saver.

I work as an actuary at a large firm so i’m usually gone early in the morning and back home later in the evening. I’m generally a neat person, not a great cook but I try sometimes, and am pretty easy to get along with. I reeeeeally don’t want to move because this location is PERFECT. I love Lincoln Park, especially in the summer and it’s a 2 minute walk from the red/brown/purlple line which is super convenient.
