Rental Agreement Contract : Yes - Month to Month by end of the month 30th. Background Check will be preformed on selected candidate - We pay the fee for fitted tenant. Rental Application as part of the Background check.

Things to consider if this is the right fit for you:

• Shared bathroom with another female -Utilities included are, trash, water, electricity, Wifi -Street Parking -Limited kitchen usage - You are able to wash your dishes and utensils. A fridge and microwave will be available to use for our tenants outside of the kitchen area. Cooking on weekends only. ******** -No laundry available onsite, there are two laundry places less than 5 minutes away from home. No animals of any kind. -Deposit of $350 that can be split into 2 payments if needed. Will be needed prior to move in, in order to reserve room. ( We can work with you if you are the right person/interested) -30 day notice needed before vacating
• Room Size : 12X12 , plenty of storage for clothing/personal items.
• No Smoking inside the house.
• No Overnight guests
• Video Surveillance for home protection.
• Good for someone who wants a peaceful place to come each night too, that does not want any drama, a family that is very clean, neat and is welcoming. Most of all respectful.
