The property is about a mile from Idlewild Park and 2 miles from downtown Reno. It is in a lovely, treesy area and the grounds are well-kept. Netflix, Hulu and the internet are included. Heat and a/c over 100 dollars per month are additional cost. All new appliances. Washer and dryer on site in the garage.

I am a mature professional who loves living by the river. I would prefer a graduate student or professional to share my space. I am a part-time therapist and a full-time school counselor. Light drinking, no smoking and no cannibas on site.
