My Story I own several properties and use one of the rooms. I am gone from 8am till after 6pm on weekdays and working or out most weekends. Looking for a professional mature roommate who works and can pay weekly rent without issue. The room has a 40“ Tv, Premium cable, Internet, Full Closet, and Queen bedroom set. The house is fully furnished and is supplied with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, side by side refrigerator and washer and dryer, all for guests use. The living room has a couch, chairs and dining area. May be getting a third roommate at some point. Quite and friendly. All common areas are kept clean. The yard is cut every 2 weeks. Trash pick-up is every Tuesday.
Quiet, friendly and respectful. Quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Everyone is assigned cabinets, draws and refrigerator shelf space.
