The room is large and furnished with extra room for some furniture, and a private bath is located right outside of the bedroom, along with a washer and dryer. I live in a quiet area with a privacy fence surrounded by a beautiful nature setting, that is close to Man-o-War and Alumni Drive.

I am a middle-aged Christian woman who is seeking a female college student (nonsmoker) who would like a quiet place to rent. (Will also rent to females who are not in college.) I have rented out to post bachelor students in the past and it was a good experience for us both! I look forward to any questions you may have!
