Just looking for one single person that’s looking for a room to rent. I’m not entertaining couples, anyone with kids or pets. The rent is $850 which is a Firm Fixed Price which includes bills. I’m only accepting 6 months lease at this time as a trial period. If everything goes smooth with no issues, I will allow the tenant to renew for another 6 months if they choose to.

It’s a beautiful end unit townhome style condo. Open floor plan with wood floors throughout the first level. Home features beautiful custom paint, 2“ white blinds, huge kitchen island with granite and stainless appliances. It’s a 3 bedroom home which I bought in 2018. Since buying this home, no one has ever used the two extra bedrooms which is the reason I decided to rent one of the rooms out. The Bedroom i’m putting up for rent is the second largest bedroom in the house. It’s very clean and looks brand new and hasn’t been used since I bought the house. It also has its own closet and whoever rents this room will have their own bathroom which has a shower and tub connected. Also, easy access to interstate, base, restaurants and towncenter shopping area. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Hello, My name is Gary. I’v been the homeonwer of this property for 4 years now. I’m a Military Vet. ( Navy ) and now currently working as a Government Employee on Norfolk Naval Base. I’m the only person currently living in this property. A friend of mine gave me the idea of renting out at least one of my bedrooms since theres two extra rooms thats never been used. I’m really clean for a guy that you would probably think it’s a female living here. Whoevers interested in seeing the room, I don’t have a problem giving you a walk through.
