The rent is $1,000 per month (firm) and includes all utilities. At this time, I am offering a 6-month lease as a trial period. If everything goes smoothly and both parties are satisfied, the tenant will have the option to renew for an additional 6 months.
The property is a beautiful end-unit townhome-style condominium with an open floor plan and wood flooring throughout the first level. The home features custom paint, 2” white blinds, and a spacious kitchen with a large granite island and stainless-steel appliances. It is a 3-bedroom home purchased in 2018. Since purchasing the property, the two additional bedrooms have never been used, which is why I have decided to rent one out.
The bedroom available for rent is the second-largest bedroom in the home. It is extremely clean, looks brand new, and has not been used since the home was purchased. The room includes a private closet and private bathroom with a shower and tub. It is also fully furnished with a queen-size bed and memory-foam mattress.
The location offers easy access to the interstate, military base, restaurants, and the town center shopping area.
