The house is 2 bed 1 bath - Drama free people, good vibes, that like to go out but don’t make the house a beer pong place (no parties allowed) - Common sense, respect the other’s space and keep the house clean is essential! -

$530 per person - All utilities included in the price (internet, sdge, water, TV, Netflix, Pandora), and all common use things (like toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry product, …) included as well

• The room is already furnished (3 single beds) - Parking on the street

About me: I’m 32 y/o female, I just moved out to San Diego over a 2 years ago. I go to school full-time here studying English; in Brazil I graduated with a Marketing degree, and own a company there that I still manage remotely. I’m very laid back, positive personality, active, and of course stay clean. Looking to live with like-minding individuals and/or working professionals. I work hard during the week and I am active on the weekends but of course very respectful of my roommates.
