We’re looking for a roommate in our beautiful apartment in the heart of Long Island City. The apartment is a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom flex. You’ll get your private room and your own bathroom next to it! The room comes furnishes with a dresser, bed, and desk. The apartment is also fitted with Verizon FiOS and has been amazing for WFH so far. The current lease lasts till November and you may choose to renew it with us if you wish for another year.

The apartment is on the 29th floor of a luxury high rise fit with an abundance of amenities and a beautiful view of the city.

E/M/G/7/N/W train is only 2 mins walk away, R train is 5 mins away and the F train is 7 mins away. There are many food places close by (Japanese, steak, Chipotle, 24*7 DINER, Liquor Store, etc.). There is also a large grocery store attached to the building.

You’ll be living with two young professionals in their late-twenties, one working male at Bloomberg and another female at NYU Langone.

We love to keep our apartment a communal and welcoming environment.
