40th Street

I’m looking for two new roommates in a 3bed/2bath apartment in Temescal, Oakland. Move in would be anytime past August 1st. Rent is currently $1,033 a month per person; utilities are just electricity and internet. One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. I’m currently in one the rooms that shares a bathroom, but I’m willing switch rooms if necessary.

Some additional notes:

· Location is right next to the MacArthur BART station, which will be great once this whole pandemic thing is over.

· One parking spot is available in the complex (behind a gate), there’s no extra fee for it)

· Pet Friendly

· One of the rooms will have a bed, desk, and some other furnishings left by the previous resident. You’re welcome to keep or replace anything. (Also the rooms will both be cleaned once the current residents have moved out, besides any furniture they decide to leave)

· All the furnishings in the living room will be staying (see pictures), but if you have any furniture of your own that you’d like to bring, I’m open to replacements.

· Lots of great restaurants in the area to look forward to post-COVID! They’re good for takeout too though!

· We have a living room TV, a switch, chromecast, and access to Netflix, Hulu, AmazonVideo, HBOMax, and DisneyPlus

I’m the only remaining tenant, the other two are moving out. I like to bike, go on hikes, read, watch movies/tv, play board/video/card games, and listen to music (with headphones if necessary). I have 2 pet cats that I love very much, their names are Jet and Lisette. Feel free to ask anything else about me!
