I just purchased a new home in the Brown Farm neighborhood of Fort Collins (Just West of CSU). The house has four bedrooms and two and a half baths over three floors. The Basement suite with a half bath and shared full bath upstairs. No guns, no pets, no smoking. All utilities included (water, electricity, and internet). Looking for a clean, responsible, easygoing, no dramas person. Currently furnished but open to discussion and negotiation.
