Hey there! My name is Michelle (age 25) and I’m looking for a chill roommate to take the place of my good friend who is leaving to go back home in Colorado end of April. THE ROOM: is spacious with a really great view up on the top floor (4th floor). Tons of natural light in the daytime. High ceilings makes it feel even bigger. The closet has full-mirrored doors and tons of room. Once you come and see it you’ll fall in love with it.

THE APARTMENT: has two floors, a general area on the first floor fully decked with a kitchen, dining space, half bathroom, and a hallway leading to a cozy living space with a fireplace. My roommate and I share the bathroom BUT there have been no issues getting in each other’s way in the morning. The apartment also has a spacious and beautiful courtyard, a backyard with a barbecue, a spacious shared laundry facility, covered and gated parking space (that is NOT tandem), and great security (there’s a callbox that’s easy to set up if you want to buzz your friend in without going downstairs). The architecture is also beautiful and very well-maintained, not to mention there is CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING in the unit which is literally the most amazing thing ever! Plus our utility bills haven’t been much (surprisingly, since we had ran AC all summer.

ABOUT ME: I’m hoping to find a roommate just as cool and easy to get along with as my current one (unfortunately she has to leave for Colorado end of April). I’m from the Midwest originally (moved out to LA from Chicago about 3 years ago) so I’m looking for someone with little to NO drama! I worked a little in the entertainment industry when I moved out here and now I have a YouTube page/social media presence I’m trying to maintain for fun, so if you’re creative and love entertainment or comedy, HUGE PLUS! I spend a lot of nights out at my boyfriend’s place so you would have the place to yourself on numerous occasions. I’m also starting a new job in May where there will be a good amount of travel involved. I love exploring the city and having a good time but I also like taking it easy. I’m definitely a social chameleon and can get along with anyone who has a genuine character. I’m very clean and respect personal space, as well.

ABOUT YOU: I’m looking for someone who is moderately clean and can pick up after themselves, someone who can play their part in buying supplies or taking out the trash or doing the dishes. I’m always down to hang or watch TV or casually drink or have a good time and I’m looking for someone who can vibe well with me, but I also like having a roommate that respects my space and vice versa. All in all I just want someone who is easy to get along with because I’m probably one of the most chill people you’ll ever meet.. Plus my cat is super rad (her name is Luna) and she is literally the sweetest thing in the world. I used to not like cats at all until I met her at an adoption center: she’s a cuddler and an under-cover dog.

Move in is very end of April, or May 1st. This spot has been the best I’ve lived in LA. Good neighbors, great central location, and great management.
