We are three students (two females and one male) looking for someone to fill one of the three rooms of our apartment, starting September 1st (it’s a 12 months lease). We would like a clean (we will not be too much about it, no worries :) ) and respectful roommate. We like having some social time but also having time for ourselves. We are fine with having friends over sometime and a party once in a while but not too much either if possible.
