It is 1/4 mile from Spring Lake, half mile from Howarth Park (city park), 2 miles from downtown, half mile from Whole Foods Market, just blocks from Bus Stops, 1 mile from Montgomery Village Shopping Center, half mile from Safeway. Within a five-mile radius you can visit the tasting rooms of Ledson, St. Francis, Chateau St. Jean, and Kunde Estate, among others. This studio has been used as a vacation rental but serves as a great short-term rental too. It is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood on the Bennett Valley side of Santa Rosa that backs up to Annadel State Park. The studio is on a very private ½ acre, adjacent to Annadel State Park and there is a park entrance at the end of the street. There are two friendly dogs on the property so sorry, no additional pets.
