Brandon's room

Hello!

I am renting a room in my brand new home that I just purchased(and no this is not an Airbnb rental). I just bought this place and live in it myself and looking to rent 1 more of the rooms out. The development is called Addison South which is right off 183 and located in South East Austin. I am 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Downtown Austin. The room is located on the second floor and would have a bathroom right next to the room. The other 4 bedrooms will be 1 for me, 1 rental upstairs, 1 guest room downstairs, 1 for office and 1 for a guest room for friends and family only. Will NOT be used for any type of AirBnB. Friendly neighborhood and could not ask for better neighbors. The house includes living room furniture, complete kitchen with appliances, high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, driveway parking….etc. The community comes with a pool, clubhouse and a private gym.

Looking to find someone who is also a professional and works during the week. Needs to be mindful of working hours and no late nights during the week. Weekends are for fun so late nights are okay with me. Really just looking for someone who is responsible and who can pay their bills on time each month.

Looking for 1 month security and can move in anytime. Utilities are not included and would be split (Electric, Water, Gas). All other utilities are paid by my including Internet. If you have any questions shoot me a message but please, SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!

Current situation is me, 41 yr old professional male who works and travels a lot and is not home that much. I do have a very friendly and loving pup who is everyone’s favorite in the neighborhood!
