Rayana's room

The apartment is Aspen Heights which is located across the Georgia State University Football Stadium. So this is only for students who attend college/university in the Atlanta, Ga area. The apartment is 3 bedroom and 3 baths so you will share the common space (living room) and kitchen with 2 other people but will have your own room and bathroom. It is on the 5th floor which is considered premium (highest level floor). $984 is the base rent without parking included, but parking is an additional $30 month and that will be added to the rent.

The utilities is equally split amongst the 3 people in the whole apartment & the pricing of that is based off of how much was used within that month. The utilities include electricity, water, trash. If you want to look at the floorplan on their website visit aspenatlanta & it is for their 3 bedroom named Telluride A. This specific room is for bedroom B.

There is one roommate who is a student at Spelman College who will be occupying one of the rooms. It is also another roommate who is a student at Spelman College but she is looking for someone to cover her lease as well. If you know anyone please let me know.
