Franny's room

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close by Sammamish Library/City Hall/Aquatic Center.

We have a clean, furnished, private bedroom and bathroom available on the ground floor, where you will also find the full kitchen, living/dining room, laundry facilities, spacious back yard, and covered parking garage for your vehicle.

This room is generally for long-term stay, but we welcome short-term as well, such as for contractors, interns, and visitors. Couples or family rate may differ, please inquire. All utilities included, including WiFi (no cable). If things work out, we would appreciate a few references, proof of work, and refundable $800 deposit prior to moving in.

This is my parents’ home that we are helping to rent out. Only one male professional lives there (family overseas), and he has his own private bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We are hoping to find someone like him who is super quiet, clean, mature, stable, responsible, respectful, no smoking/drinking/drugs/partying, no pets or drama, and perhaps you could be the one.
