Looking for a female roommate to move in ASAP. You’ll get a sunny 3rd floor bedroom and large private bathroom in a 3 bed/3 bath townhouse. The room measures 9’x13’ with a 2’x9’ closet. There’s a laundry room with a brand new washer in the basement and off-street parking in a private lot. Neighborhood pools, tennis courts and a small lake with walking trails. Close to the mall with quick access to 169 and 494. Single occupancy only (no couples/ children) and no pets (allergies). The shared/ common spaces of the townhome are pretty well furnished.

Rent and bills are $875 total which includes EVERYTHING- gas, electric, Culligan tank, maintenance, water, trash, recycling and WiFi.

6 month lease minimum, non-refundable $250 deposit and $60 application fee.

You’ll have 2 roommates- I’m a 29 year old female and the other roommate is a 32 year old male. Looking for someone around the same age as us.

We’re both pretty low-key and quiet. Occasionally will grab some beers at local breweries or go out for tacos and ice cream but for the most part we’re either working or at home kickin it. Also love being outdoors in nature, traveling and exploring!

We’re looking for a roommate who prioritizes their health and wellness, is clean and organized, doesn’t work from home during the week, has good communication skills, practices or is willing to learn how to live a non-toxic lifestyle (no scented candles, chemical cleaners in the house, etc), is 420 friendly and is low-key/ drama free.
