Nimi's room

The house is quiet and everyone is respectful & clean. BIG backyard and front yard. She might even move out in a few months so you can take her room when she moves out if you want to stay in the bigger room and stay longer when I come back. I don’t plan on coming anytime before Mid-Fall. Both are vegan/vegetarian. The houseowner lives with us and is super chill. She is strict on dietary kitchen use. You are free to use the kitchen anytime if you clean up after yourself. The kitchen and fridge can be used for vegetarian/vegan purposes, and it’s okay if you eat meat, it is just not allowed in the house as a respect towards houseowner’s religious beliefs. $300 refundable holding deposit(payable to me). Quiet hours after 10:30 pm. All cleaning & chores divided amongst occupants. Having visitors overnight isn’t allowed but guests are welcome to visit if not staying overnight. Standard checks will apply with NO APPLICATION FEES.

You would be subleasing my room. Utilities extra->about $65.All roommates(2) are females and one of them has a cat and 12 YO son living with her. Both are yoga and healing instructors.
