About the room
Finding it hard to find an apartment close to school? Does it seem like most of the apartment complexes near by are booking so quickly? Then you are in luck! I have an available room, for sublease, in a 2-bedroom/ 2-bath apartment. This means you will get your own room! The apartment is a 14-minute walk to SDSU and offers shuttle services. The apartment is 1200 sq feet. The apartment has a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. It has a pool, bbq and washer and dryer access, within the complex. The apartment has wifi. Rent is $800 plus utilities per month. Utilities may range from $80-90 per month. Rent will be due the first of every month. The move in date is July 5th.
A little about me: My name is Katelyn and I am 24 years old. I will be attending SDSU in the fall semester as a junior, and I am majoring in Psychology. I work part time and will be going to school full time. I am pretty easy going and keep a peaceful environment, in my household. I love to bake, hike, run, kayak, and anything outdoors. I do not smoke. I relatively drink. Lastly, I am respectful of your privacy.
What I’m looking for in a roommate: I am looking for a roommate who has a steady income, no criminal background, and has a history of paying their bills on time. I am looking for someone who I will get along with well. No Smokers. No animals. Guests are allowed to stay overnight, but no more than 3 consecutive days, within a two week time period. Exceptions can be made for special occasions; however, it cannot become a routinely occurrence. I ask that my roommate assist with cleaning the living room, so if you use a dish please clean them as soon as you can. Your room is yours, and if you cannot always get to clean it, I understand. We all have hectic lives, so I don’t expect your own personal room to be clean all the time. I just ask if it’s the holidays and guest are expected to come, either clean your room or just make sure the door is closed.
