I absolute love this building and the space I’m currently in! The building is in the heart of the business district near 16th street mall + pavillions, and they say the building is “at the intersection of everything”. The mall ride is right outside, Union station is at the end of 16th street, and we’re a short walk away from the Civic Center. I don’t own a car, but use CarShare since they have a lot of car rental options in the area! It’s really pretty and I love walking around in this downtown area. Not to mention it’s easy to get anywhere in Denver from here.

The apartment is 1,229 SQ feet and will come fully furnished (kitchen, living room, dining room) but we can definitely negotiate/talk about any pieces you’d like to have in the common areas. We have in unit washer/dryer as we. All you will need is your bedroom furniture and bathroom accessories and the rest is move-in-ready! The price of utilities aren’t included in the price for the room - they change from month-to month so I left those off but usually ~$90 per person (internet, gas, water, etc). Parking is available for an extra monthly fee - we have a valet car service will be included in monthly rent if you would like to have a parking spot (that is $225 per month for parking in this building).

The apartment gets a lot of natural light, and we also have a small patio grill, and fireplace. There is also an outdoor patio with grills fire pits, and chairs on the 3rd floor along with the business center. You can find the movie theater, entertainment room, and gym on the 2nd floor (there is also exclusive access to Earl’s Kitchen on this floor).

My name is Yvonne or Vonn and I like to think I’m super chill and down to earth. My best friend/roomie is moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new roommate for this awesome apartment.

I work in digital marketing and I have been working remotely this entire year so far, and will likely continue to do so given the times. I can generally keep to myself or hang out at watch some World of Dance and chill for hours - I’m very go with the flow and it depends of the energy my new roommate brings with them! I love to cook + bake (I hope you like/tolerate sweets), clean (yes I enjoy cleaning and having a clean space), and I’m uber 420 friendly if you catch my drift..I had a cat who passed away summer 2019, and I am very pet friendly (I do Rover sometimes as well).

I am down for hiking and camping adventures (I am trying to get into astrophotography) or us just staying in and getting white wine drunk - either way I want someone who I can get along with at the very least or become friends with at the very best and can live harmoniously with😊. I used to be a dancer so I love dance reality shows, comedy, well-done action, Korean dramas, manga, and usually any shows that have to do with space in any way. I’m also learning to read tarot if that’s someone you’re remotely interested in and I read too many books!

I have friends on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and in alternative lifestyles so I’m also looking for someone who is open minded and nonjudgmental. My home has always been a safe space for everyone who lives here or visits, and I’d like to welcome you into your new home as well.
