This furnished, single occupancy room is in a great, quiet neighborhood with a park steps away. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. laundry on site, eco friendly living, smart home. Also I have a backyard garden with 4 raised beds. Humans only to keep the place allergen free. Also the house is smoke free, couples free, kids and pets free and most of all drama free.

I live alone, but I am looking for 2 more roommates for a total of 3 people. There is no kitchen access, however there is a kitchenette upstairs. All rooms are furnished, being former airbnbs and have mini fridge and microwave and toaster oven, and a water dispenser upstairs. I work from home in disease surveillance, HIV not COVID-19 (for the moment anyhow). Vaxxed only. I am pretty quiet, I like yoga, long walks, morning runs, watching movies, and playing video and board games. Looking for somebody who is respectful and considerate, and good with me working from home as we went permanent telework after the pandemic. House has gym, pool and jacuzzi. Move in cost=first, and $1600 security deposit. Must have proof of income showing 3x rent in wages, guarantor and or financial aid proof accepted.
