Hello everyone! We are looking for a chill, friendly, and eco-minded roomie to take either the master bedroom w/ connected bathroom ($700) or one of the other rooms that has a nearby bathroom, but is not connected ($550), depending on your preferences, in a sweet, spacious house with lots of character! The master bedroom has a nice view of the backyard and a walk-in closet and the other room has a view of the front yard/neighborhood with a smaller closet. Both costs do not include utilities, so factor in about $100 per month for those. We’re a little flexible on move-in date, but would prefer somewhere between August 8 or sometime later in the month. You are more than welcome to move-in on August 1st, but the landlord will have painters and some renovations happening within the first week of August so wants to keep furniture to a minimum while things are getting completed. The room would be prorated dependent on date.
There will be space for furniture if you’d like to use yours! We have a living room set but could put another couch/living room set in the additional living room area, or could use the area for yoga. The place has a nice backyard with pretty trees. There is some nice, natural lighting with a skylight in the house. There is also a 2-car garage that we could share and some additional space in the driveway!
