It is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. The rent includes the charges for the internet/wifi however does not include the charges for the electricity. The apartment is at one of the best locations in Hillsboro and is at a walking distance from a bunch of grocery stores like Safeway, Trader Joe’s and Target, stores like Best Buy, Tanasbourne Mall and a plenty of casual and fine dining restaurants. The amenities include a resort-style pool and spa and a large fitness center, cardio theater and a gated dog park. My lease is for 13 months and I would prefer someone coming for a longer term stay rather than a short term stay. Feel free to reach out even if you are looking for something for a shorter term. I am a professional working full time as a Credit Risk Analyst with First Tech Federal Credit Union and I will be moving to Hillsboro in August. I usually like to keep it to myself but I love being social and have some interactions too. Out of the two bedrooms, I am planning to stay in one bedroom and I am looking for an appropriate fit for the second bedroom. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and I would prefer someone who believes in the same too.
