Alia's room

One small flex bedroom (around 50 square feet, plus closet). Steps away from the theater district! Close to N, Q, R, S, W, 1, 2, 3, 7, A, C, and E trains. Three bedroom apartment is second floor walk-up with dishwasher and two bathrooms. You will be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. We both have larger bedrooms so we pay more rent. Utilities are shared equally and they run about $45 a month. We have two cats they are quite skittish/shy but will warm up to you if you offer them treats.

Both of us are nice, courteous, and respectful of each other’s spaces. We like to spend time outside.
