This room is a very quiet and has a great view of the canyon below. The apartment complex has many amenities, such as; olympic size pool, hot tub, grassy area and tables for picnics and bbq’s, 3 fitness rooms, club house/w movie room and fitness classes. The apartment features w/d, dishwasher and microwave. The patio can fit a couple of chairs and small table and looks out onto the canyon as well. Dogs and cats are allowed, deposit is necessary, I think $400. but no monthly fee. There is an application fee of $47 to qualify. This is a non-smoking property. Rent is due the 1st. Rent includes water and trash pick-up located in dumpsters in each parking lot. Locked mailboxes.
