Looking for a roommate to split my townhouse with me! Rent is 1100 not including utilities and HOAs. You’ll have your own half of the townhouse to include a private bath, walk in closet and the garage parking space! The living spaces and kitchen will befully furnished by myself. The utilities will include everything from internet access to 3 different pools, a gym, and fitness classes. There’s also plenty of shopping, walking and biking trails less than 2 minutes away! A female is preferred. No children, no pets and no smoking.

I’m a 25 year old female working professional who travels almost every weekend, so you pretty much have the place to yourself!
