Patrick's room

We have a room for rent in a large 7 bedroom house with very chill housemates.

-We are looking for someone in their 20’s to mid 30’s. If this does not fit your description then please do not respond to this add -Rent and utilities typically come out to about $640 per month -Room has own private bathroom

• Security deposit is $575 but you will get that money back when you leave if no major damage is done. -The room for rent has private access to backyard. Common areas are shared. -There are a total of seven other roommates at the house but we all have busy schedules… most of the time we are out and about -No pets please

I personally like to hunt, fish, hike and do anything in the outdoors. I also do a little gold panning on the Yuba. A few of the other Roomate’s are students but very respectful. All in all we are a good group.
