The apt has 1 full bath and both bedrooms on the second floor and a half bath downstairs for guests, 15 foot ceilings, full length windows (to enjoy the amazing sun) and hardwood flooring with a 24-Hour Laundry Center and two interior garden courtyards at your disposal.

Being a tech guy myself, I have made sure that the apartment sports a 75inch TV entertainment center with 1GB FIOS High Speed Internet for AMAZING streaming.
