Room for rent Includes private bathroom, utilities, and high speed wifi internet. Washer & dryer are located onsite, inside property. Common living area is furnished and includes a 55in TV with Amazon Prime. Utilities and internet can typically add up to $350+ a month alone. Save money and have everything included in your rent every month while enjoying the privacy of your own bathroom!
The lease is ongoing month-to-month, which means that you don’t have to worry about being locked in to an arrangement you’re not happy with and are welcome to leave at any time without the hassle of subleasing to someone else. However, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like providing that you’re a good tenant.
Rent is never raised on current tenants!
First month + $100 security deposit required during lease signing.
About the roomies
Current tenant is mid 40’s. We’re looking for someone who’s a good fit, preferably someone who’s a quiet and responsible. Current tenant has a small dog (shih tzu) and cat, but we’re not looking for any more pets in the home.
