Jacqueline's room

The room is large with a ceiling fan and we keep the AC at 71. WiFi is available but there is no cable. Parking is available on the street. And you will have access to the kitchen but not the refrigerator. There is a little refrigerator in the room. The bed is for room size reference but is not included. No laundry available.

My son (19) is a student at UNG and I (46) Female live in a house in Buford. We have 3 dogs so must love dogs. We are easy going but prefer our privacy. I’m firm that I’m renting the room and not the the entire house. Not be rude. We have had roommates in the past and it has worked out well.
