Kimberly's room

Master bedroom with en suite bath in a small apartment complex. The room is large and has a large sliding mirror-door closet. The bathroom has a shower but not bath tub. The area is really nice, quiet, safe, and close to a few bus lines as well as being right off the 405. The apartment is large for the price and gets a lot of light.

Hi! I’m a 29 yr old phd student at UCLA, and I work 9 - 5 ish - currently working from home. I am clean and tidy, I believe in cleaning up after yourself and doing the dishes on the same day they’re used as opposed to leaving them in the sink. I like the home to be a comfy and quiet kind of place. I take social distancing seriously and would like a roommate who does as well. I am happy to have a roommate to chat with but generally keep to myself. I cook a fair amount and like to share baked goods. I play piano a few times a week just FYI and though I don’t have any pets, I am obsessed with dogs and foster occasionally. I don’t expect to find a roommate who lives the same lifestyle I do, but I would really like to find someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful.
