Lexi's room

Looking for someone to take over my half of a lease in a newly renovated apartment in East Boston! My roommate and I were the first to move in, and everything in the apartment is completely new and updated. The apartment has central AC, in unit laundry, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and exposed brick! The apartment comes fully furnished (kitchen table, couch, TV, entertainment unit). The roommate who’s staying will have a dog.

The room available is a private room with a private bathroom. The room can come furnished with a full bed (memory foam, 2 months old), bed frame (18inch high for storage) and a cube unit. There is a closet in the room and large windows! The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink!

The apartment is close to the Airport blue/silver line station and maverick blue line station. The apartment is also a street over from a large park, perfect for outdoor walks during COVID!

I am posting as the person who’s giving up the room, as my roommate wants to be involved after I find someone!

My roommate is a late twenties female who loves dogs, tacos, and donuts! She is laid back and very friendly. She’s looking for a roommate who is clean and past their heavy partying stage, so no large parties in the apartment (small gatherings are OK post COVID). She’s also looking for someone who is following social distancing guidelines.
