West Lancaster room for rent. House is located in a quiet community, no traffic noise. Commute to Edwards is about 30 to 40mins.

Room has lights and ceiling fan. I have some furniture such as a dresser and twin bed frame

Bathroom is shared. Laundry onsite and plenty of street/driveway parking available.

Full kitchen access (microwave, oven, stove, 2 refrigerators, BBQ), yard access, on-site laundry. Central A/C heating.

Prefer no smokers or pets, single occupancy. Male preferred.

Common living spaces, living room, kitchen, etc are shared. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable while livng here. We ask that you clean up after yourself and keep noise down at night to respect work/sleep schedules.

For early work schedules, there is a quiet hours after 930. We can discuss details about it all to make it work and have everyone comfortable.
