Loft bedroom spacious enough to fit 4 king size beds. Direct sunlight, quiet neighborhood (dyker heights) in the suburbs mainly Italians occupy this area of Brooklyn which means great pizza and Italian cuisine 😋. Great restaurants in the area apart from that a lot of variety, century 21 on 86th street, best Christmas lights in the nation, subway (D line) and bus lines are walking distance, shore parkway trail walking distance for my runners and bikers great view of the of the Hudson River, Coney Island beach is an exit away for my drivers literally 7 mins. Very nice and safe neighborhood

I’m a Program Director in Manhattan originally from Silver Spring, MD. I went to Long Island University and graduated in 2009 been in nyc working ever since. I’m a workaholic so my home is my temple and my place of peace and tranquility. I love to cook and clean and enjoy time with friends outside of work. I’m very respectful of space and time so I understand when my roomie needs just that.
