I just need a settled,courteous, on the cleaner side person who we can both benefit from sharing an apartment for 6 months(end lease), you can renew on own accord after end of lease. I work early, so I will have to turn lights on in the kitchen in the morning. It’s set up room mate style, own bath and walk in closet. Great balcony, and in same location as washer/dryer facility.
