Dogs allowed with additional pet deposit and signed contract. MUST get along with dogs already in house. There is currently a small 12 year old dog and 1 year old dog who are very well behaved and sweet.
NO INDOOR SMOKING, DRUGS, or WEAPONS of any kind.
Location: The home is 2 miles from the Glenmont Metro, 2.6 miles from the Wheaton Metro, and 3.6 miles from the Twinbrook Metro Station. Aspen Hill Shopping Center is only 2.1 miles away as well!
Your rent includes a private bedroom in the basement with a custom double door built in closet, bed, table and chairs, side table, mini fridge, tv, desk, and shelf unit.
