There are two bedrooms in the main house. One of the two rooms is available for rent. The living/dining room with fireplace has beautiful high-beam ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has granite countertops and updated cabinets. The newly renovated bath has stained glass window, new floor tiles and toilet.
Share bathroom with one other housemate. Split utilities with all occupants. 1 car on-site parking is reserved for this room. This is a one-person occupancy rental. Current housemates are professional and student in their 20’s. Seeking the right fit who is clean, trust-worthy and reliable to occupy the available room. Posted price is for a single-occupancy, 12-month lease rental. Will consider shorter term lease for slightly higher rate.
