Chelsea's room

Located a block from the cross street market in a condo building renovated from an old school house. Original hardwood floors and 14’ ceilings with huge windows. Looking for someone that keeps to themselves. The private bathroom is currently being redone but has a full bathtub and shower. Utilities and street parking pass included in rent.

I’ll be adding a dresser to the room and it has two spacious closets. Bathroom should be done next week!

I do have a dog who unfortunately is not friendly with other dogs but cats are negotiable. He loves them.

I work FT for Bmw and am out of the house 6am-7pm everyday but thur and sun. Dog walker swings by midday when I’m at work. I paint and binge watch netflix in my spare time. I’m also finishing a prelaw degree nights at Towson so I’m pretty busy and won’t bother you - but am down for occasional banter. 420 friendly for sure.
