The location is great. Two (2) minute drive to Exit 9 on I-95, five (5) minute drive to downtown Stamford with restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a five (5) minute walk to Cove Beach. Roommate wanted for a one-bedroom in 2 bedrooms -garage level-apartment in Stamford. $900 a month rent includes a private bedroom, your utilities, high-speed WiFi Internet, shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room. Street parking available. A good fit would be someone easy going, friendly, and comfortable sharing a living space. We are looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet roommate. This is a short-term 6-month lease, with a $900.00 security deposit due upon moving in. The security deposit is returned at the end of the lease, but it can’t be used as the last month’s rent. Additionally, the apartment contains furniture in the common areas, i.e., living room- couch and chairs) and a kitchen (kitchen table and chairs, microwave, and refrigerator).
